HEMI BLOCK MACHINING

A USED ENGINE BLOCK RECEIVES THE FOLLOWING TREATMENT:

• Hot tank and jet wash cleaning
  
  
• Shot cleaning which leaves like new finish
  
  
• Magnaflux and general inspection
  
  
• Sonic test
  
  
  

NEW AND USED BLOCKS RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING MACHINING:

• Deburr complete block- chamfer main caps and mating surfaces
  
  
• Machine and enlarge pushrod holes
  
  
• Square deck with BHJ fixture
  
  
• Align hone mains - install ARP studs when required
  
  
• Tap all threads
  
  
• Bore block with BHJ indexing plate
  
  
• Machine lower bore for stroke increases when required
  
  
• CK10 hone with deck plates
  
  
• O-ring deck when required
  
  
• Index and install bronze lifter sleeves when required
  
  
• Machine for gear or belt drive when required
  
  
• Install cam bearings and intermediate shaft bushing
  
  
• Cut intake valve eyebrows when required
